Onion Factory
History - Onion Factory was founded by life time artist/designer Nick Busby in 2004. Before starting Onion Factory, Nick worked as a freelance artist - creating graphics for games as well as for advertisements and websites. Not to mention personal art requests in the form of art commissions, to name just a few.
But with a strong longing to create games, Onion Factory was finally born to bring Nick's ideas to life. Also, after learning how to program, this makes a 1 man team possible if need be - but does not limit the possibility of teaming up with others or still freelancing his skills.
Goal - Onion Factory's internal projects are centered around giving the player a random and always different/open ended gameplay experience. No matter what the genre tackled, Onion Factory promises to allow the player to ultimately shape his or her own outcome by any means necessary.
Along with this guideline in Onion Factory's creation process, we also feel that a game is only worth making if it brings something new to the table. There are plenty of games out there, but even more game ideas never thought of or considered.
