Product Warranty:
Softco Engineering Systems Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Softco) warrants that all materials including the compac disk(s) on which the software is stored, and any accompanying manuals and source code printouts and all paper sheet goods is (are) free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety days following delivery. This warranty is voided if the material(s) has (have) been subjected to damage or abuse. If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, you should return the material(s) to Softco, postage prepaid with proof of purchase. The entire liability of Softco, and your exclusive remedy, shall be, at the option of Softco, replacement of the defective material(s) or refund of the purchase price. Replacement of the material(s) will be shipped by the method chosen by Softco at its own cost.
