Excel Spreadsheet Template for Job sequencing a two work stations in series. SKED2A schedule a group of jobs which can be done in any sequence. SKED2A and SKED3A are designed for flow shops of 2 or 3 work stations arranged in series. Each job receives exactly the same processing at each station. In such flow shops, there is no attempt to minimize lateness; instead, the objective is to minimize the total time needed to complete a batch of jobs.
