Crew Maker for 100 Employees and 15 Jobs

The CM-15-100 crew maker spreadsheet allows you to assign 100 employees to 15 daily jobs and is ideal for businesses that need to create job-specific work crews that may vary in composition from day-to-day. Up to 6 different employee categories and 8 different specialties can be assigned to daily jobs or crews. Individual assignments are made from drop-down menus of qualified employees and once someone is assigned to a job, his or her name is removed from the list to prevent the assignment to multiple daily jobs. The program maintains a master list of unassigned people so you can see at a glance who is not assigned to a job each day. Employee vacations, training sessions, and other absences can be recorded and the program removes their names from the job assignment drop-down menus on the days the person will not be available. Microsoft Excel spreadsheet program is required.
