Source Codes for Active WebCam

Source codes allow you to alter the program as you wish, or use the program components in your applications. The program has been written under Delphi 4.0.

Active WebCam broadcasts live video up to 20 fps from any web camera. The captured video can be viewed with any browser. Also it works as a surveillance system and when it detects motion, it e-mails you the captured images, and records a video.
