SocksvrQ ActiveX Network Server SDK for NT/2000

SocksvrQ is a high performance COM DLL designed exclusively for the purpose of creating high performance network server applications. As part of this design goal, SocksvrQ was built scale to multiple processors, and to take advantage of Window NT/2000 specific performance features (such as I/O Completion Ports). In designing the component to this end, it includes many features that help acheive this, such as the ability to control the number of threads in the thread pool, while still providing a simple interface to interact with.
